The product and architecture challenge
Rob understood the value of established spa software, but the off-the-shelf workflow did not match several needs in his own business. Working around those gaps meant adapting the spa to the tool instead of the tool to the spa.
The challenge was not to copy Vagaro screen for screen. It was to understand which familiar patterns were useful, where Rob's operation differed, and which custom workflows would create real day-to-day value.
